VapeVM Shipping Customizations

Unter VapeVM, we use an LTL (less than truckload) delivery broker to secure the best shipping rates for you. All vending machines are shipped on sealed, protected freight pallets to ensure safe delivery. Because we work with this broker, you’ll see multiple shipping options at checkout, allowing you to select the service that best fits your needs and capabilities.

⚠️ Important:

If you require additional delivery services not selected at checkout (such as Liftgate service), you will be responsible for any extra charges incurred at delivery.

Shipping Customizations Explained

 Curbside Delivery (With Liftgate)

  • What it means: Your shipment will be delivered to the curbside of your location. A liftgate will be used to safely lower heavy items from the truck to the ground.

  • When to choose: Ideal for heavy or bulky equipment when you need assistance unloading.

Threshold Delivery

  • What it means: Items are delivered just inside the first door or entrance of your building.

  • When to choose: Best when you want your shipment indoors but don’t require full setup or additional moving.

Basic Threshold Delivery (No Signature Required)

  • What it means: Items are placed just inside the first door, and no signature is required upon delivery.

  • When to choose: Suitable for simple, unattended indoor deliveries.

Back of Truck Delivery (No Liftgate)

  • What it means: Items remain at the back of the truck, and it’s the receiver’s responsibility to unload.

  • When to choose: Choose this if you have the equipment or help to unload yourself.

Damaged Items

While rare, if your VapeVM machine arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 Stunden of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Your damage claim should include:

  • Ihr Name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damage

  • Indication if damage was noted on the carrier’s delivery paperwork

Due to the nature of damage claims, VapeVM reserves the right to determine the best resolution on a case-by-case basis. Possible resolutions include:

  1. Offering a discount (percentage or flat) to keep the item “as-is” if damage is minor or easily concealed.

  2. Providing a vollständiger Ersatz if the damage is severe or affects the machine’s functionality.
